Shipping
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the U.S. To qualify, your order subtotal must be $100 or more after discounts and before taxes. Click here to view our shipping policy.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping right now. We currently only ship within the United States. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to expand our shipping options in the future!
All orders placed before 3 PM EST are processed the same day and typically ship within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday. Please allow an additional day for processing around major U.S. holidays. We ship all orders via USPS. Click here to view our shipping policy.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track it in your account on our website.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Click here for more details.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or refund as needed.
Locations
Our store hours are the same for both our locations. We are open Monday through Thursday from 11AM to 5:30PM, Friday & Saturday from 11AM to 6PM and we are closed on Sundays. Please see our locations page for more information.
